Sara Daly-Padron

is a coach simply because the workplace is complicated. Becoming a leader that others want to follow, managing time and energy to increase productivity, and preparing for/returning from parental leave are just some of the turning points in a career. Yet, often we are too overwhelmed and don't know where to begin.

Drawing on her experience of nearly two decades at Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking and Human Capital Management, and now as a coach, Sara leverages her expertise to help individuals and organizations break down the issues surrounding career turning points, challenging situations and great opportunities into bite-sized, actionable steps. With the right plan, tools and focus, the world of work seems more manageable and easier to navigate. She holds an MBA from Schiller International University and a Brain Based Coaching Certificate from NeuroLeadership Institute.
